The updated services reflect the scale of Meridian’s facilities. With over 40,000 square feet of total event space, the center is one of the largest celebration and conference spaces in the region. From small, intimate gatherings to large wedding parties, the venue has played host to thousands of memorable events.
Among the many rooms on offer at Meridian is the Seville Ballroom. This large space covers 8,200 square feet and comfortably seats 250 to 300 guests in a banquet-style arrangement. A permanent stage measuring 16 x 36 feet makes for an ideal focal point for a Quinceanera party, be it for speeches or entertainment.
Nine chandeliers adorn the ceiling for a tasteful yet glamorous look and feel with additional dimmable LED lighting to create the ideal atmosphere for a special event. This room comes with its own prep kitchen, complete with a microwave and fridge-freezer. Clients are free to bring in outside vendors or choose from Meridian’s list of recommended providers.
Meridian provides rental services for tables, chairs, and linens as well as offering setup, clean-up, and event rehearsal options for those who want to take preparations to the next level.
The Seville Ballroom has two private restrooms, a projection screen, and a separate load-in entrance with a rolling shutter for large equipment. This allows vendors to do their job without bothering the guests.
For larger gatherings, the Barcelona Ballroom is Meridian’s flagship venue with 12,000 square feet of floor space. For smaller parties, the Cordoba is a popular choice. Clients are invited to visit the center and take a tour of the facilities.
